Cultivating Curiosity

I think you should be more curious.

Curiosity is a mindset that helps you grow and develop. If you want to get better at team leadership, be curious.

Curious about what:

  • Excites your team

  • Deflates your team

  • Paralyses your team

  • Aligns your team

  • Ignites your team…

Curiosity wants answers, so it asks questions.

So how do you cultivate curiosity? Ironically, by asking questions.

Curiosity does not develop in a vacuum, it needs some raw material to feed on.
Start by asking questions.
Questions will demand contemplation, reading and talking to others. As you explore those questions you will find answers… and more questions. And so the curiosity cycle continues.
