The Healthy Team Process

We begin by ensuring we have a clear, mutual understanding for how your business works by creating a business model canvas. We identify all the activities that are critical to creating value for your business in the short and long term. Next we will look at how these activities currently happen and your involvement in them. 

Then each week, we look at a business activity and ask a simple question:

“what would it look like if this activity happened effortlessly?” 

  • “What sort of systems would be in place?”

  • “What sort of staff would thrive in those systems?”

  • “How is technology automating or augmenting this activity?”

At the end of this hour together, I will come back to you with a checklist of actions that will drive up trust and drive down your personal work load.
