Hire me when you want your next hire to be a home-run, not a headache.

“I am a hiring consultant that believes every new hire is a huge deal and a fork in the road for your business and organisation.

I help you avoid hiring when it is not necessary and I make sure you hire a hero when it is.”

People I’ve worked with…

The Healthy Team Process

For a fixed price, I bring clarity and simplicity to your business model so that you can see what you really need your staff and systems to do. With this clarity, together we determine if a hire is necessary, and if it is, I can help you find the right someone who will thrive in this role.

  1. Understand the business (and specific department) visually, using the ‘business model canvas’.

  2. Arrange the systems, resources and people you already have at your disposal to maximise this business model.

  3. (If required) Guide you towards the best possible candidates to hire. I will:

    • Create a new position description and job ad

    • Review candidates with you

    • Lead interviews

    • Support your assessments of the new hire during the probationary period

Are you a business owner looking to step back from daily operations?

If you are a business owner, you need to be able to trust your systems, people and technology if you want to increase the value of your business and the quality of your personal life.

I spend an hour a week with you talking through systems, staff and technology. I then do the leg work to ensure that you have razor-sharp, actionable steps that will increase the value of your business and decrease your daily involvement. We work on a timeline and with goals that suit you and your hopes for your business.

“When a team feels that their contribution is inherently satisfying to them and valuable to others, everything they do is done with vigour, excellence and care. They become unstoppable. This is the definition of a ‘healthy team’.

Leaders that want lasting outcomes understand that it is always worth building a 'healthy team’.”
