If you are own a dental practice, you need to be able to trust your systems, people and technology if you want to increase the value of your business and the quality of your personal life. 

I spend an hour a week with you talking through systems, staff and technology. I then do the leg work to ensure that you have razor-sharp, actionable steps that will increase the value of your practice and decrease your daily involvement. We work on a timeline and with goals that suit your aspirations.

The Healthy Team Process

We begin by ensuring we have a clear, mutual understanding for how your practice works by creating a business model canvas. We identify all the activities that are critical to creating value for your practice in the short and long term. Next we will look at how these activities currently happen and your involvement in them. 

Then each week, we look at a practice activity and ask a simple question:

“what would it look like if this activity happened effortlessly?” 

  • “What sort of systems would be in place?”

  • “What sort of staff would thrive in those systems?”

  • “How is technology automating or augmenting this activity?”

At the end of this hour together, I will come back to you with a checklist of actions that will drive up trust and drive down your personal work load.
